Warranty Information:

As part of our dedication to our customers all of our new products come with a PARTS AND LABOR warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers defective parts, and/or assembly, not wear and tear items, neglect, or abuse.

Some of the parts not covered are as follows, but not limited to:
• Brakes Pads
• Battery
• Tires
• Bulbs
• Belts
• Fluids
• Filters
• Maintenance Items

Proper maintenance is also required to maintain a warranty in full force. Please call if you don’t know what constitutes regular maintenance. Signs of neglect and/or abuse will also void the warranty.

AIMX/TAOTAO WARRANTY:
• 1 MONTH TIRE TO TIRE PARTS AND LABOR
• 6 MONTH ENGINE/TRANSMISSION PARTS AND LABOR

BMS (EXCLUDING SCOOTERS), TOMOTO, X-MOTO:
• 6 MONTH TIRE TO TIRE PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

ALL SCOOTERS (INCLUDING BMS):
• 1 YEAR OR 1,000 MILES TIRE TO TIRE PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

RHINO CHOPPERS:
• 6 MONTHS OR 6,000 MILES TIRE TO TIRE WARRANTY PARTS AND LABOR

In some cases extended warranties are available for purchase. Please ask about purchasing an extended warranty from your salesperson. Prices vary based upon the product being purchased. Extended warranties can only be purchased at the time of the original purchase. Please call to schedule a warranty appointment (801-484-4273) and bring your sales receipt confirming the purchase date.
